We are pleased to announce TIND release 29.1.0. This is a minor release with a variety of smaller fixes and improvements across all product types. The release includes system maintenance updates and performance improvements, accessibility fixes, and a set of bug fixes across search, circulation/self-check, and batch editing.

Changes, improvements and fixes 

• Acquisitions / Purchase requests [ILS]: Purchase requests are now surfaced in the “Your proposals” section of the “Your Loans” page, and on the Patron details page in the Circulation module.

• Translations [ILS, RDM]: Various label translations in Spanish, Russian, Chinese (Simplified), and Arabic.

• Search [ILS, DA, RDM, IR]: Fixed an issue with the default sort options for collections named “Books”.

• Circulation [ILS]: Fixed an issue where recall was not possible if hold requests are blocked in the loan rule.

• Self-check [ILS]: Fixed an issue where a patron could not check out an item they had recalled.
