Enhancements and New Features
[Statistics | IR DA RDM]
Download statistics can now be shown for records of a search result list. The statistics offer the same controls as those in the record page display, i.e. configuring the timespan and the unit of time.
Figure 2: The new widget shows download statistics across a range of search results.
The statistics can be brought up from a button at the bottom of the search results, which is conditionally shown based on the Users & Access action runtindstats
with parameter bibdoc_downloads
.
These download statistics are limited by the number of search results in the search. By default, searches returning more than 1000 results have the download statistics button disabled.
For more information on this, please see the documentation.
[Global Lists | ILS]
The items table in Global Lists now has an action to suppress or unsuppress items. Suppressing items in this way has the same effect as suppressing a single item in the item editor.
For more information on this, please see the documentation.
[Global Lists | ILS]
The items table in Global Lists now support searching for deleted items. Deleted items are view only, meaning that they can only be searched for, viewed and exported – no actions are enabled for them.
Figure 3: The items table allows searching for deleted items.
Deleted items are not shown by default, and require the checkbox to be checked.
For more information on this, please see the documentation.
[Record Page | ILS]
The record page now supports having the tables of contents rendered in a separate section. This new section can optionally be configured to render tables according to YBP data, if present in the record metadata.
By default, the table of contents are rendered in the Formatted Contents Note element in the details section.
To enable enhanced tables of contents and tables using the YBP format, please contact support.
For more information on this, please see the documentation.
[Search | ILS IR DA RDM]
The Search Tips page has been translated to French, and renders whenever the UI language is set to French.

.[File Manager | IR DA RDM] Access to the new file manager now involves checking whether someone else is editing the same record. If this is the case, the record is considered locked and access is restricted.
Locked records are unlocked when the user who does have access is done editing a record, and when the updates are actually processed on the server.
If the user leaves the file manager tab in their browser, the records are unlocked after 6 minutes.
Users being restricted from accessing the file manager in this way will see a notification on the file manager page, together with links to try to access again.
